Experience

Stevie has worked as a professional writer for nearly five years. Her first journalism job was at her university's student paper. After her first year, she won six different awards for her work covering local issues. She also helped create the podcast program for the paper and was recognized as the Podcast Producer of the Year. After moving on from the paper, she worked at ABC4, KUER (an affiliate of NPR), the Utah Investigative Journalism Project, and at the University of Utah as an announcer for their hockey and volleyball teams. She had a short stint as a broadcast announcer on ESPN, talking about women's volleyball.

Education

Stevie has a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Utah.
